Serving suggestion: Mix 1 serving (50g) with 150ml of water, put it in a microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes and mix it every 30 seconds. Works great as a pre or a Post-workout meal! Alternatively mix with your favourite protein, for a quick burst of carbs!
